This guide walks you through setting up a MyID, linking your business in the Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM), and then authorising Grant Help on the AusIndustry Portal.
← Back to the main AusIndustry guideAlready have MyID and RAM set up? Skip straight to Step 3.
Before you can authorise Grant Help, you need a MyID.
No Strong-level documents on hand? Don't wait or try to proceed without them. Reach out to Jasper immediately and we'll work out the right way forward with you.
For more detail, see the official MyID setup guide.
Once your MyID is set up, link your business in the Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM).
ABR requirement: to link your business in RAM, you must be listed as an Associate (e.g. Director, Public Officer) on the Australian Business Register. The name and address you enter must exactly match what's on the ABR. Update it there first at abr.business.gov.au if it's out of date.
Which address? Not your current address. Enter the postal or residential address you were using when the business was incorporated, or when you were appointed as director or associate, since that's what RAM checks it against.
To give Grant Help access to the AusIndustry R&D Portal:
After entering Grant Help Pty Ltd's details, click Add Authorisation, then repeat for RJED Consulting Pty Ltd. Once both are added, let your Grant Help consultant know.
Head back to the main guide to confirm both authorisations are in, or email Jasper if you run into any issues along the way.
