This guide walks you through logging into the AusIndustry Customer Portal and granting Grant Help authorisation to act on your R&D Tax Incentive application.
Enter the portal and click "Continue with Digital ID". Log in using your company's MyID and select the entity you're registering the R&D application for.
You'll land on "Engage with R&D Tax Incentive program." Click "Yes" to start your registration for the selected income year.

Once inside the portal, on the "Manage Your Applications" dashboard, click Manage access.
Under the "Manage Access" screen, click Add new authorisation under the "Business Authorisations" heading.
Add both of the following authorisations:
After entering the details for Grant Help Pty Ltd, click Add Authorisation. Repeat the same process for RJED Consulting Pty Ltd.
Once both authorisations are added, let your Grant Help consultant know that RJED Consulting and Grant Help Pty Ltd have both been granted access.
